Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer / Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java-based applications, with a focus on microservices architecture. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java-based microservices.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework for building RESTful APIs.

- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.

- Experience with multithreading and concurrency concepts.

- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 4-12 years of relevant experience.
