Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with global clients (primarily US-based) to gather backend requirements, understand business processes, and deliver robust, scalable server-side solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django, Django REST Framework, and Python- s object-oriented programming OOP best practices.

- Apply OOP concepts (classes, inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism) rigorously to build modular, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Integrate systems with frontend applications (Angular/React) and third-party services to enable seamless workflows.

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability while maintaining a clean and modular codebase.

- Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions, provide updates, and clarify business logic.

- Work closely with frontend developers, designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of backend systems.

- Stay updated with emerging backend trends, Python libraries, cloud services, and deployment best practices.

- Contribute to code reviews, process improvements, and engineering standards.

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a client-facing role involving requirement gathering and solution presentation is mandatory.

- Bachelor- s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of professional backend development experience with Python and Django (including Django REST Framework).

- Demonstrable experience and strong proficiency in object-oriented programming principles, including class design, inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism in Python.

- Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of relational databases PostgreSQL/MySQLand ORM concepts.

- Experience in integrating applications with cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional, agile teams.
