About The Role :

As a Principal Tech Lead_iOT Driven Digital Solutions, youll be the driving force behind the design, architecture, and performance optimization of products that process massive data transactions and sensor-driven information in real time.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teams - from product to design to hardware - to ensure our systems perform seamlessly with sub-second responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable systems handling large volumes of real-time data.

- Lead and mentor engineering teams in building IoT-based solutions integrating multiple data sources and sensors.

- Optimize data processing, pipelines, and API responses for sub-second performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure efficient sensor data integration and communication.

- Drive end-to-end technical decisions - from architecture to deployment - ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Establish best practices for coding, reviews, and system scalability.

- Stay hands-on in high-impact technical areas, while guiding and mentoring others

Requirements :

MUST HAVE :

- 10+ years of experience in software/product engineering.

- Proven expertise in building high-performance, data-intensive applications.

- Experience with IoT platforms, sensor integration, and data ingestion frameworks.

- Deep understanding of real-time data processing and low-latency system design.

- Strong experience in system architecture, APIs, and microservices handling large concurrent transactions.

- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, scalability, and fault-tolerant architecture.

- Proficient in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C++).

- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to Edge computing or AI-driven IoT solutions.

- Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, MQTT, WebSockets).

- Prior experience in bootstrapped/startup environments with high ownership roles.
