Position Summary :

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking IT Strategist to drive the development and implementation of data governance, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping the organizations digital transformation by ensuring data integrity, leveraging technology for strategic decision-making, and aligning IT with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Data & Information Governance :

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance strategies, frameworks, and policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security.

- Establish data management standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Strategic IT Planning :

- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business improvement and innovation.

Business Intelligence & Analytics :

- Oversee the design and deployment of reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems across departments.

Vendor & Technology Management :

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to assess potential applicability and impact on business functions.

Leadership & Training :

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote a data-centric culture across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 710 years of experience in IT strategy, data governance, or business intelligence roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.

- Experience managing technology vendors and partnerships.
