Responsibilities :
- Lead with Vision : Define and evangelize a cohesive UX strategy that aligns with product and company goals.
- Raise the bar for user experience across the platform.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of UX designers and researchers.
- Create career paths, design rituals, and feedback frameworks.
- Design Culture : Establish UX best practices, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration norms. Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and user-first thinking.
- Product Partnership : Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to shape product direction and translate user insights into scalable solutions.
- Customer Obsession : Champion user research and usability testing.
- Advocate for user needs and pain points across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Enterprise Experience : Navigate the complexity of enterprise SaaS UX, balancing power with simplicity, and depth with clarity.
- Data-Informed Decisions : Drive UX metrics, measure success through usage and satisfaction data, and influence with qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Brand Stewardship : Ensure consistent visual language and branding across product surfaces and marketing assets.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with 5+ years in leadership roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or platform-based products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for complex, data-rich, or enterprise-grade products.
- Experience in leading and scaling design teams, setting UX vision, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, design systems, and UX research methodologies.
- Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools.
- Comfort collaborating with developers and familiarity with HTML/CSS, component libraries, and front-end technologies.
- Bonus : Experience or familiarity with ad-tech, mar-tech, or retail-tech domains.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- A curious mindset, structured problem-solving ability, and a relentless drive to improve user outcomes
