- Lead globally distributed teams developing Java & Cloud-based enterprise applications.

- Partner with business and product leaders to define, design, and deliver next-gen compliance solutions.

- Drive engineering excellence through automation, scalability, resilience, and reusability.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and security standards.

- Mentor, coach, and build high-performing technical teams.

Required Experience :

- 10+ years in technology leadership roles within regulated industries (BFSI preferred).

- 7+ years of experience leading Java-based engineering teams.

- 5+ years delivering solutions on Cloud (AWS / GCP / Private Cloud) platforms.

- Hands-on expertise in microservices, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scalable architectures.

- Strong understanding of risk management, financial crime, or fraud detection systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Financial Crimes Compliance systems (AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, etc.)

- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, transformational engineering programs.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
