- On the brand side, the e-commerce space continues to evolve, and every e-commerce brand is looking to create demand.

- This demand creation is challenging as they must reach out to potential customers via multiple channels (Meta, Insta, TikTok, Snapchat and others).

- The challenge of building a digital creative that scales across these channels is an interesting one to solve.

- A new tech revolution like AI is bringing a new approach that makes us ask ourselves an important question how might we create an exciting platform at the intersection of technology, design and customer experience is a significant problem to solve.

The Role :

- In this role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers and help shape the technical direction of our software products.

- You will work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop the company's technical vision and strategy.

- Work closely with product management, design, and other teams to translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans.

- Oversee software development processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement of processes and tools.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and engineering methodologies.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of software products.

- Monitor and report on the teams performance, taking action to address any issues or concerns.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

What you need to succeed :

- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers and external vendors.

- Hands-on experience with web development technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Familiarity with backend technologies, such as Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, Node.js and Python.

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs.

- Saas experience (SMB Saas).

Nice-to-Haves :

- Familiarity with the digital marketing, advertising or ad-tech industry.
