Job Details :

We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. The ideal candidate will focus on API development, microservices, server-side logic, and seamless database integration to support high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Kotlin + Spring Boot.

- Implement server-side logic, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, integrating data storage solutions.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Required Skills :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

- Strong expertise in Kotlin and Spring Boot framework.

- Solid understanding of API development and microservices architecture.

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).

- Knowledge of REST, JSON, and API security best practices.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of unit testing & integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
