Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled C++ Developer with Scrum Expertise to join our Application Development Team in Bangalore. This unique role requires a minimum of 5 years in C++ development combined with at least 3 years of parallel experience as a Scrum Master. You'll not only contribute to high-quality C++ code development but also champion Agile principles and facilitate team processes, ensuring efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications and software solutions within the application development team.

- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

- Guide and coach the development team on self-organizing to deliver high-quality increments.

- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear and well-groomed product backlog.

- Ensure technical excellence in C++ development, including writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive best practices in C++ development.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

- Ensure timely delivery of features and functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ Development.

- Minimum 3+ years of parallel experience as a Scrum Master.

- Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.

- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
