- Build quality frameworks & governance at scale

- Drive customer retention via delivery excellence

- Operate like a mini business owner (portfolio + revenue + quality)

A. Delivery & Program Leadership :

- Enterprise website delivery (multi-geo, multi-brand)

- Managing portfolio of accounts (not just projects)

- Stakeholder mgmt (clients + internal leadership)

B. CMS + Digital Experience Depth (Must-have) :

- Hands-on exposure to :

a. Sitecore / Drupal / AEM / WordPress

- Understanding of :

a. UX flows

b. SEO integration

c. Content lifecycle

- Not coding daily, but must challenge engineers intelligently

C. Quality & Scale Thinking (Critical differentiator) :

- Build QA frameworks, automation, governance

- Tools : Selenium / Cypress / Playwright

- Define :

a. Quality metrics

b. Release standards

c. Risk frameworks

- This role is heavily quality transformation driven

D. Customer-Centric Thinking

- Own :

a. NPS

b. Churn reduction

c. Delivery satisfaction

- Build dashboards & reporting

E. Leadership & Team Building :

- Build & scale :
