Digit7 - Backend Developer - Python Technologies

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python web frameworks and cloud-based deployments.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, developing APIs, and deploying applications on cloud infrastructure using modern containerization technologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python.

- Build scalable web applications using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.

- Work with MongoDB for database design, development, and optimization.

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Configure and manage API Gateway for secure and scalable API management.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product teams to deliver high-quality

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot backend issues.

- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python backend development.

- Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks.

- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker).

- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Familiarity with API development and API Gateway.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
