Digile - Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation tools, and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

- Translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions.

Salesforce Configuration :

- Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business needs.

- Manage object configuration, page layouts, record types, and user permissions.

Integration Development :

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems or middleware platforms.

- Ensure seamless data synchronization and integrity across systems.

Automation & Business Logic :

- Implement and optimize Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

- Streamline complex business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Lifecycle Management :

- Participate in all phases of the SDLC requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Ensure code quality and maintain proper documentation.

Performance & Quality Assurance :

- Troubleshoot and resolve data, performance, and configuration issues.

- Follow Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Collaboration :

- Partner with Administrators, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and platform innovations.

- Proactively recommend system enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools.

- Experience in API-based integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

- In-depth understanding of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Git).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification preferred.
