About the Role :

We are seeking a ColdFusion Developer with a strong background in application development, database programming, and system design.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-grade web applications using Adobe ColdFusion and Oracle PL/SQL.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ColdFusion and related technologies.

- Write complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, and scripts for data management and performance optimization.

- Conduct system analysis and design to identify functional and technical requirements.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring code reliability, maintainability, and adherence to organizational standards.

- Perform end-to-end ownership of assigned technical solutions from concept through deployment and maintenance.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code specifications, and user instructions.

- Monitor program operations, diagnose production issues, and apply corrective actions in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product management teams to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes.

- Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with established development standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Adobe ColdFusion (CFML) strong understanding of ColdFusion frameworks and components.

- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development experience capable of writing complex stored procedures, packages, functions, and performance-tuned queries.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).

- Solid understanding of systems analysis and design principles, including data modeling and application architecture.

- Ability to write technical documentation and communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
