Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned DevSecOps expert to join our high-impact engineering team in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between security, development, and operations, architecting secure-by-design infrastructure that powers our global platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering squads, product managers, and security stakeholders to integrate automated security guardrails into our CI/CD pipelines. By championing a culture of security-first engineering, you will directly influence the resilience of our systems, ensuring that our customers' data remains protected while maintaining the agility required for rapid feature deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and security for containerized applications across production environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable, and compliant environment deployments across cloud platforms.

- Implement granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies to enforce the principle of least privilege across all cloud resources and internal systems.

- Design and manage complex networking configurations, including VPCs, subnets, and firewalls, to isolate sensitive workloads and mitigate potential attack vectors.

- Integrate automated security scanning and compliance checks into the CI/CD pipeline to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they reach production.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure bottlenecks and security incidents, driving continuous improvement in system performance and posture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Kubernetes environments, with a deep understanding of cluster orchestration, service meshes, and security hardening.

- Proven ability to write modular, production-grade Terraform code for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) that adheres to industry best practices for security and scalability.

- Strong command of cloud networking principles, including load balancing, DNS management, and secure connectivity between distributed services.

- Advanced proficiency in configuring RBAC and identity management systems to maintain rigorous security governance across complex organizational structures.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical tasks for diverse engineering teams.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our major technology hubs.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and security engineering.
