Role Overview:

As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Governance and DevOps Specialist, you will serve as the technical backbone for our enterprise application delivery lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining and enforcing governance frameworks, managing complex Dataverse environments, and architecting robust CI/CD pipelines that ensure seamless deployment across global projects. Working closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders, you will ensure that our platform implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry best practices, directly influencing the stability and performance of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain comprehensive governance policies for Power Platform and Dataverse to ensure environment security, data integrity, and compliance.

- Design and implement automated Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to accelerate release cycles and minimize deployment risks.

- Manage complex multi-environment strategies, including environment provisioning, solution management, and dependency tracking across the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Monitor platform health and performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities to maintain high availability for end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize development practices, ensuring code quality and adherence to Microsoft's best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

- Provide technical leadership on platform upgrades, patch management, and the integration of new features to keep client environments current and optimized.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, with a deep understanding of Dataverse security models and administrative controls.

- Proven ability to architect and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, specifically tailored for Power Platform solutions.

- Strong proficiency in PowerShell and CLI tools for automating administrative tasks and environment management.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical governance requirements into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy while coordinating effectively with distributed global teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 5 - 10 years of professional experience in platform administration and DevOps engineering.

- A proactive mindset toward continuous learning, keeping pace with the rapid evolution of the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud services.
