DevOps Practice Lead - Azure/AWS Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of DevOps engineers across multiple projects.

- Participate in presales activities, including responding to RFPs, attending client meetings, building solution architectures, and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

- Architect and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.

- Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) across environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

- Drive initiatives around system performance monitoring, cost optimization, infrastructure resilience, and security.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in DevOps, MLOps, DevSecOps, and implement best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably both Azure and AWS.

- Proficient in using Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid experience in containerization technologies Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, etc.).

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Bash.

- Prior experience in leading DevOps teams and working in Agile project environments.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
