Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Manager to lead our infrastructure and reliability engineering initiatives in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our high-frequency Fintech platforms, ensuring seamless deployment, scalability, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and security stakeholders to architect robust systems that handle high-volume financial transactions. Your leadership will directly influence our platform's uptime, operational efficiency, and the overall reliability of the financial services we deliver to our customers, playing a pivotal role in our company's growth and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support mission-critical Fintech applications.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement to accelerate software delivery cycles.

- Manage complex Kubernetes clusters to ensure optimal resource utilization and seamless application orchestration across production environments.

- Implement advanced networking solutions and security protocols to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Optimize cloud expenditure and resource allocation to drive cost-efficiency without compromising system performance or reliability.

- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, reducing time-to-market for new features and platform enhancements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale AWS environments, with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.

- Proven ability to orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes in high-traffic production environments.

- Strong grasp of networking fundamentals, including VPC design, load balancing, and secure connectivity, essential for maintaining secure Fintech ecosystems.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- A track record of managing complex technical projects and teams with 8 - 17 years of professional experience in the DevOps domain.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
