About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and reliability engineering practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive DevOps transformation, platform scalability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.

- Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and drive infrastructure automation and standardization.

- Lead containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Implement GitOps-based deployment practices using tools such as Argo CD.

- Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure high availability and system reliability.

- Lead incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions for critical infrastructure and application issues.

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cloud cost efficiency.

- Participate in architecture and technology discussions for both on-premises and cloud environments.

- Establish DevOps standards, processes, and best practices across engineering teams.

- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.

- Lead, mentor, and develop DevOps engineers while fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Evaluate emerging DevOps and cloud technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins or equivalent platforms.

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Experience with GitOps and Argo CD.

- Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, security, and cloud architecture fundamentals.

- Experience designing highly available, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

- Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and RDS.

- Exposure to Azure or GCP environments.

- Experience implementing cloud security and governance practices.

- Knowledge of DevSecOps, automated security scanning, and compliance controls.

- Experience with Helm, Ansible, or other configuration-management tools.

- Experience managing production environments and large-scale distributed systems.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
