Role:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead L2 with strong expertise in Azure AKS Administration to lead DevOps architecture, CI/CD implementation, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and define the overall DevOps architecture and framework based on client and project requirements.

- Provide technical guidance to the team for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).

- Manage and drive end-to-end DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, build, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.

- Administer and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, including clusters, deployments, namespaces, workloads, networking, scaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Define and manage IT infrastructure required to support application deployments.

- Evaluate and select appropriate DevOps tools and platforms based on customer requirements.

- Automate infrastructure and application deployment using scripting and DevOps automation practices.

- Support application onboarding from planning through production release.

- Integrate security and compliance throughout the DevOps lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to DevOps implementation, deployments, infrastructure, and application releases.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and critical issues.

- Handle internal and external customer escalations within defined SLAs.

- Conduct knowledge transfer, share DevOps best practices, and mentor team members.

- Support team management, resource planning, talent requirements, hiring, and training.
