Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across hybrid and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and production operations. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing containerized applications, infrastructure automation, cloud-native deployments, microservices, networking, and security while ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise DevOps and SRE platforms.

- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters across hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management using Ansible.

- Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm.

- Automate deployment, monitoring, scaling, and recovery processes.

- Support microservices-based applications and cloud-native architectures.

- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.

- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and cloud teams for seamless application delivery.

- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

- Drive DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, and infrastructure security.

- Mentor DevOps engineers and establish best practices for automation and operational excellence.
