We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD automation to join our team and help design, build, and manage scalable enterprise platforms.

Experience Required :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience

- Strong focus on DevOps and Cloud platforms

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters to support diverse application workloads.

- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD, enabling automated build, test, and deployment processes for development teams.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, ensuring consistency and repeatability.

- Monitor and optimize the performance, resource utilization, and health of containerized applications and underlying infrastructure, providing proactive insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate best practices for containerization, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development, fostering a DevOps culture.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues across the entire stack, from application code to infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution for end-users.

- Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to provide comprehensive visibility into system operations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for our DevOps practices, tooling, and processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability for the engineering organization.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes

- Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift (preferred)

- 5+ years in CI/CD pipeline design using Azure DevOps

- Proven experience in architecture, design, build, and operations of container platforms

- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terragrunt)

- Good understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices

- Exposure to Service Mesh (Red Hat)

- Experience with enterprise DevOps tools and automation frameworks

Good to Have :

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise cloud environments

- Strong problem-solving and automation mindset
