Mandatory Skills (Strictly Required) :

- IBM WebSphere Administration (WAS)

- Strong hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Administration

Experience in :

- Application deployment

- Server configuration

- Cluster management

- Middleware support

- Production support activities

- Troubleshooting & incident resolution

- Experience in trace gathering, PMR handling, MustGather activities

- Knowledge of WAS ND environment preferred

- Experience in WSADMIN scripting will be an added advantage

Shell Scripting (Very Important - Mandatory) :

- Strong hands-on Shell/Bash scripting experience is mandatory

Candidate should be able to :

- Write scripts from scratch

- Troubleshoot existing scripts

- Automate operational tasks

- Perform deployment automation

Note : Profiles without strong Shell scripting experience will not be considered.

Apache Tomcat :

Strong hands-on experience in Apache Tomcat Administration

Experience in :

- Deployment activities

- Troubleshooting

- Configuration management

- Server maintenance

- Production support

- Good understanding of Tomcat configuration files and SSL integration

SSL / Security Management :

Strong understanding of :

- SSL Certificates

- Keystore & Truststore management

- Public & Private Keys

- CA Signed Certificates

- SSL Handshake Process

- Two-way SSL / Client Authentication

- Experience in OpenSSL troubleshooting and certificate implementation is mandatory

Web / API Understanding :

Candidate should be comfortable working with :

- Web/API calls

- Command line tools

- HTTP methods

- Headers

- Payloads

- API troubleshooting

DevOps & Automation Skills :

Jenkins :

- Understanding of Jenkins pipeline creation and troubleshooting

- Experience in CI/CD implementation preferred

Ansible :

- Hands-on experience in Ansible automation

- Ability to write and troubleshoot playbooks preferred

Automation :

- Experience in deployment automation and operational automation

Good to Have Skills :

- Kubernetes

- Docker

- Linux Administration

- WebLogic/JBoss exposure
