Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Noida to spearhead the evolution of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, working closely with software architects and product teams to ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and highly available. You will be responsible for automating our delivery lifecycle, enabling our developers to ship high-quality code with speed and confidence. Your work will directly impact our business outcomes by minimizing downtime, optimizing cloud costs, and providing a seamless experience for our end-users who rely on our platform for mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the release cycle and ensure consistent deployment quality across staging and production environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes to improve system scalability and resource utilization for our high-traffic services.

- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure environment consistency and rapid disaster recovery capabilities for the entire engineering organization.

- Monitor system performance and security posture, proactively identifying bottlenecks to maintain high availability and compliance for our global client base.

- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to troubleshoot complex production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes in large-scale production settings.

- Proven ability to build and optimize CI/CD workflows using industry-standard tools to drive automation and operational efficiency.

- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and scripting, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and cost-effective system architectures.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical infrastructure requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, showing high adaptability to evolving project needs and team dynamics.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and site reliability engineering.
