Role: DevOps Engineer - Cloud, Kubernetes & CI/CD

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to build, automate and support scalable cloud and edge infrastructure. The role requires practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. You will work closely with backend engineering teams to improve development workflows, automate application delivery and resolve infrastructure or deployment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, build and application deployment.

- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes.

- Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Python, Bash or Go.

- Support cloud infrastructure across at least one major platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud.

- Work closely with backend developers using Django, Node.js and Go to troubleshoot deployment blockers and improve delivery workflows.

- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or comparable platforms.

- Assist with the availability, backup, monitoring and basic performance management of cloud-hosted SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Implement infrastructure security practices, including IAM, access control and secrets management.

- Build and maintain Windows application installer packages using NSIS. Prior NSIS or similar installer-packaging experience is strongly preferred.

- Support reliable deployments across cloud and, where applicable, edge or IoT environments.

- Document infrastructure, deployment procedures and operational troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, systems engineering or a related role.

- Strong practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.

- Experience with at least one cloud platform : AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud.

- Scripting ability using Python, Bash or Go.

- Understanding of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts.

- Ability to troubleshoot application deployment, container and infrastructure issues.

- Good problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills :

- NSIS, MSI, WiX, InstallShield or other Windows installer-packaging experience.

- Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.

- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Loki or comparable observability tools.

- Edge computing or IoT deployment experience.

- DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning and security automation exposure.

- Basic cloud database administration, backup and query-performance knowledge.

- Experience working in Agile engineering teams.
