GCP DevOps

Job Summary :

Leads DevOps teams delivering secure, scalable cloud platforms. Owns CI/CD strategy, automation, and reliability for services on GCP and Kubernetes, embedding DevOps culture and improving delivery outcomes through intelligent tooling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, coach, and performance manage DevOps engineers.

- Define CI/CD standards using Harness pipelines and automated quality gates.

- Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of platforms on GCP and Kubernetes.

- Drive automation and AI enabled monitoring to reduce incidents and downtime.

- Champion DevOps, Agile, and continuous improvement practices.

- Communicate engineering outcomes and risks to senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience :

- Experience leading DevOps or Platform teams in enterprise cloud environments.

- Strong knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

- Experience with Harness, Jenkins pipeline tools.

- Proven delivery of operational resilience and observability improvements.

- Exposure to AI assisted automation, predictive alerting, or intelligent monitoring.
