About the Role:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and observability frameworks.
You will work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, platform scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop reusable Helm charts, pipelines, and templates for deploying in both dedicated and shared customer environments.
- Build and maintain containerized deployments across Kubernetes platforms, including AKS, EKS, GKE, and OpenShift.
- Implement Kubernetes best practices and ensure cluster configurations align with industry standards.
- Design and manage SaaS environments, including Single-Tenant Dedicated Clusters, Single-Tenant Shared Clusters, and Multi-Tenant Shared Clusters.
- Deploy and manage environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on scalability and security.
- Drive cloud cost optimization through efficient resource provisioning, autoscaling, and usage monitoring across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of Development, QA, and UAT environments.
- Optimize engineering workflows to improve productivity and platform stability.
- Take ownership of hands-on implementation of DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and guide a team of 510 DevOps engineers, depending on experience level.
- Implement monitoring and observability using OpenTelemetry (OTLP), Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger to enable metrics, logs, and trace collection.
- Integrate monitoring and alerting into CI/CD workflows to support proactive incident response and operational visibility.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Expert-level experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OpenShift deployments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Shell, Python, or Groovy.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native security and compliance practices, including:
1. Container image hardening
2. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
3. Secrets management
4. Compliance-aligned DevOps practices (OPA, CIS Benchmarks, SOC2, etc.)
5. Implementation of security best practices across environments.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools, including OpenTelemetry (OTLP), Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger.
Preferred Qualification:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, or related technologies.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
- Exposure to virtual Kubernetes cluster tooling such as KinD.
- Understanding of secure multi-tenant architectures.
- Experience with Java or Python application development.
- Experience in cloud cost optimization to maximize efficiency and reduce operational expenditure.
