CI/CD Pipeline :

- Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

- Work closely with development, QA, security, and business teams to align releases, schedules and deployment strategies.

- Coordinate, Automate application builds, testing, and releases.

- Ensure faster and reliable delivery cycles while minimizing release risks.

- Manage multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) for insurance applications.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery, which are critical for customer-facing insurance systems.

- Support DevSecOps practices such as automated security scans, vulnerability management, and secrets handling.

- Support audit requirements and ensure compliance logging and traceability for transactions and data.

- Leverages the best fit technologies, Tools and process to implement the business requirements.

- Anticipating the technology risks and ensuring to have the contingency plans in place, Suggesting improvements to the existing landscape.

- Works collaboratively with other Technology teams that take care of Infrastructure, Applications and Data, to ensure we work towards a common goal to meet customers and Business satisfaction.

Preferred Credentials :

Work Experience :

- Experience in Insurance Domain IT systems, process is key.

- 6+ years Hands-on experience with CI/CD Tools.

- Hands-on experience in design, development and managing pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Google/Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo.

- Proven track record of automating build, test, and deployment workflows.

- Hands-on experience in handling multi-application releases in complex enterprise environments, in using the Cloud Services and CI/CD Pipeline on Cloud (preferably on Google Cloud) for Development in React JS/ Angular, Spring boot/ Node JS, a RDBMS, Mobile app.

- Experience in Agile, DevOps and Containerization.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk.

- Proven ability to analyse performance issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve incidents.

- Experience maintaining SLAs/uptime for customer-facing applications.

Qualifications :

- Graduation / Postgraduation (Engineering, IT, CS) Tier 1 Preferred.

Certifications :

- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or AWS DevOps Pro).

- Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD), Docker Certified Associate.

- DevOps Foundation, Google Professional Cloud Architect, API & Integration Certifications (MuleSoft, OpenAPI).
