About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Security Engineer to oversee the deployment, monitoring, and security of our Layer 1 network. The ideal candidate will ensure high uptime, scalability, and strong security practices across all validator and node environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure (validators, full nodes, RPC nodes).

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure monitoring tools.

- Implement network security protocols, including firewall configurations, DDoS protection, and key management.

- Monitor blockchain performance metrics TPS, block times, validator health, and memory usage.

- Manage private keys and validator identities with high security and redundancy.

- Automate system backups, recovery mechanisms, and log analytics.

- Collaborate with the blockchain development team to support upgrades, forks, and configuration changes.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Linux servers, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure for blockchain infrastructure management.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

- Deep understanding of network security, TLS, firewall management, and access control.

- Familiarity with blockchain networking, consensus communication, and validator setups.

- Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or Go for automation.

Preferred :

- Prior experience managing infrastructure for Ethereum/BSC-based networks.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

- Experience with key management systems (KMS) and HSM integrations.
