Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps / Azure DevOps Engineer with 37 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and release management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, modern DevOps tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud platforms.

This role will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to automate software delivery, improve deployment reliability, and ensure seamless production releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for application development and deployment.

- Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.

- Configure and manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, artifacts, and release workflows.

- Support environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment automation.

- Collaborate with developers to streamline application deployment and infrastructure management.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.

- Manage source code repositories using Git and implement branching strategies.

- Monitor deployment pipelines, troubleshoot build and deployment failures, and optimize release processes.

- Work with Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application deployments.

- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications.

- Manage cloud resources on Microsoft Azure and support cloud infrastructure operations.

- Ensure security best practices are incorporated into CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Perform environment management across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production.

- Support production deployments, hotfix releases, rollback procedures, and release documentation.

- Work closely with QA teams to integrate automated testing into deployment pipelines.

- Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.

- Maintain DevOps documentation, deployment standards, and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills :

1. DevOps & CI/CD :

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines.

- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).

- Build automation and release orchestration.

- Deployment automation across multiple environments.

- Release management and deployment governance.

2. Cloud Platforms :

- Microsoft Azure (preferred).

- Basic understanding of AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.

3. DevOps Tools :

- Experience with one or more of the following : Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, TeamCity, Bamboo.

4. Version Control :

- Git, Azure Repos, GitHub, Bitbucket.

5. Infrastructure as Code :

- Terraform, ARM Templates, Azure Bicep, Ansible (preferred).

6. Containerization & Orchestration :

- Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred), Helm Charts.

7. Scripting :

- PowerShell, Bash, Python (preferred).

8. Monitoring & Logging :

- Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in DevOps, Azure DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.

- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

- Experience supporting production releases and environment management.

- Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture concepts.

- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
