Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations by automating delivery pipelines and maintaining high-availability infrastructure.

You will work closely with software development teams to integrate CI/CD workflows, ensuring that code deployments are seamless, secure, and efficient.

Your primary impact will be in reducing deployment friction, optimizing cloud resource utilization, and ensuring the stability of production environments, directly influencing the reliability of the services delivered to our end users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the software release cycle and ensure consistent build quality across environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes to ensure high availability, scalability, and efficient resource management for production workloads.

- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring that all services are secure, cost-effective, and performant.

- Implement automated monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks or service disruptions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and refine infrastructure-as-code practices for better maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end CI/CD workflows using Jenkins to automate testing and deployment processes.

- Proven ability to containerize applications using Docker and manage complex microservices architectures within Kubernetes clusters.

- Strong functional knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC, with a focus on cloud security and cost optimization.

- Proficiency in scripting languages to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve system reliability.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and adapting to the fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
