AWS MDM DevOps Engineer

Project Overview :

We are developing an AWS-based Master Data Management (MDM) hub to consolidate, cleanse, and standardize customer data from multiple CRM systems, establish golden customer records, and integrate with Oracle Fusion. The solution includes data processing, AI-assisted matching, workflow orchestration, and a user interface for manually resolving MDM exceptions.

The Role :

JRD Systems is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure engineering, and production operations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting AWS cloud-native applications in Agile environments and will help ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready delivery of the MDM platform.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, SAST, dependency scanning, and deployment.

- Build and maintain secure, hardened container images and manage vulnerability remediation.

- Implement AWS security controls, networking, identity and access management, and secrets management in line with enterprise security standards.

- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support capabilities.

- Ensure environment reliability, scalability, recoverability, and production readiness.

- Support deployment and operations of the Angular frontend, Python APIs, and MDM processing services.

Required Skill Set :

- AWS Services : Lambda, ECS Fargate, ECR, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, and CloudFront.

- Infrastructure as Code : Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.

- CI/CD & Automation : CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.

- Containers & Security : Docker, container image hardening, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.

- AWS Security & Networking : VPC, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, secure networking, and access control.

- Monitoring & Operations : CloudWatch, logging, alerting, configuration management, incident troubleshooting, and production support.

Nice to Have :

- Experience supporting AWS Bedrock infrastructure and AI/LLM application deployments.

- Familiarity with automated security policy enforcement.
