Cloud Services Engineer and play a key role in managing, automating, and securing multi-cloud infrastructure for a modern financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Provision and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation.

- Configure and administer AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and enterprise access management.

- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using Keycloak, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and Open ID Connect (OIDC).

- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, including workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards, and integrations.

- Configure and manage AWS WAF, Azure WAF, Cloudflare WAF, and Google Cloud Armor to secure cloud applications.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications using Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, and Pager Duty.

- Manage centralized log management using Grafana Loki, ELK/Open Search, and Splunk for log analysis, alerting, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Support CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, and Jenkins.

- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Power Shell scripting.

Requirements :

1. Must have :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

- Required: Experience managing AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills in production environments.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work onsite in Chandigarh in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

2. Good to have :

- Exposure to ITIL-based service management processes is preferred.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes preferred.

- Experience with enterprise Saa S platforms such as Slack and Git Hub is a plus.

3. Bonus :

- AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, or ITIL certifications are an added advantage.

- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards is a bonus.
