Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the architect of our infrastructure, bridging the gap between software development and IT operations to ensure seamless deployment cycles.

You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, software architects, and stakeholders to build scalable, resilient systems that power our core business applications. By automating workflows and optimizing our cloud footprint, you will directly influence the reliability of our services, ensuring a frictionless experience for our global user base and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles and improve deployment frequency for our development teams.

- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, cost-efficiency, and security compliance for all production environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to enhance system portability and resource utilization across environments.

- Develop and implement automation scripts using Python to streamline repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.

- Collaborate with engineering leads to troubleshoot complex production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high service-level objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale AWS environments, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC, with a focus on infrastructure-as-code principles.

- Proven ability to write clean, efficient Python code for automation, tooling, and integration purposes within a DevOps ecosystem.

- Strong hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration, specifically with Docker and Kubernetes, to manage microservices architectures effectively.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent problem-solving with collaborative team efforts.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 9 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
