Role/Title : DevOps Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in building, automating, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications and infrastructure in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments

- Manage and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker

- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to support microservices-based applications

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management

- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments

- Implement DevOps best practices for release management, deployment automation, and infrastructure scalability

- Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure-related issues

- Ensure security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery standards are followed

- Support cloud/on-prem infrastructure environments and deployment activities

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Kubernetes and Docker

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)

- Strong scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Bash

- Experience with Linux/Unix environments

- Understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.

- Experience with Git/version control systems

- Good understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domain

- Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Knowledge of container security and DevSecOps practices

- Experience supporting high-availability production environments

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
