We are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer to support the Capability Centre in delivering cost-effective, high-quality IT solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and assuring robust integration solutions while ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across automation, DevOps tools, and cloud technologies, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support high-quality integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Contribute to achieving cost-effective and optimized IT delivery within the Capability Centre.

- Administer and maintain tools such as SonarQube and Azure DevOps to support development and quality assurance processes.

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and operational efficiency.

- Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve system issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.

- Work with MSSQL databases for data management, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, system monitoring, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience as a SonarQube Administrator and with Azure DevOps.

- Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.

- Experience working with MSSQL databases.

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex production issues.

- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.

- Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools.

- Knowledge of public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in integration architecture or middleware technologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale IT environments.
