Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on DevOps Administration Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize our core engineering platforms. In this role, you will act as both an administrator and an expert user of critical tools like GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, and JFrog Artifactory. You will ensure high availability, performance tuning, and robust disaster recovery frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Platform Administration & Workflows :

- Deliver strong, hands-on administration and configuration for GitLab.

- Manage GitHub Enterprise organizations, user access, and advanced workflows.

- Oversee JFrog Artifactory for secure artifact storage, caching, and repository management.

2. Performance Tuning & Optimization :

- Analyze system performance data to identify bottlenecks and anomalies.

- Coordinate findings on system behavior to enhance overall infrastructure efficiency.

- Support capacity planning initiatives to handle scaling requirements.

3. System Improvements & Security :

- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate new tools, plugins, and feature upgrades.

- Create and implement mitigation measures to safeguard platform stability.

- Conduct regular security assessments and disaster recovery drills.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Team Operations :

- Collaborate actively with team members to resolve open tickets and service requests.

- Participate in weekly and monthly service review meetings to provide performance updates.

- Contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8 plus years of core experience in infrastructure tools administration.

- Mandatory Technical Skill : Infrastructure Cloud Computing Consulting.

- Tool Expertise : Dual experience in both managing/administering and using GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, and Artifactory.

- Disaster Recovery : Proven track record of running recovery drills and implementing compliance controls.

- Soft Skills : Excellent documentation habits for SOPs and clear communication for stakeholder reporting.
