Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Device42 Administrator to manage enterprise CMDB and infrastructure discovery across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires strong expertise in Device42 administration, automated discovery, CMDB management, integrations, monitoring, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage the Device42 platform across enterprise environments.

- Configure and maintain automated discovery for on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

- Manage CMDB, asset inventory, application dependency mapping, and infrastructure visibility.

- Configure and maintain monitoring rules, alerts, and metrics within Device42.

- Integrate Device42 with ServiceNow and legacy APM, network, and infrastructure monitoring tools.

- Ensure continuous and accurate CI synchronization with ServiceNow.

- Manage users, roles, access controls, security, and platform configurations.

- Maintain data quality, governance, reporting, and dashboards.

- Perform platform troubleshooting, optimization, backup, and compliance activities.

- Support enterprise tool assessments and infrastructure discovery initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in CMDB, infrastructure discovery, or IT infrastructure tools administration.

- Expert-level hands-on experience with Device42.
