Role Overview:

As an AEM Developer, you will serve as a core technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic web platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, project managers, and backend architects, to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences. Your work will directly influence the scalability and performance of client-facing web ecosystems, ensuring that content delivery remains efficient and secure for millions of end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable AEM Sites components to ensure modularity and ease of content management for marketing teams.

- Develop custom OSGi bundles and services using Sling API to extend AEM functionality and meet specific business logic requirements.

- Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher settings to enhance site performance, security, and caching efficiency for global traffic.

- Manage and integrate AEM DAM workflows to streamline digital asset lifecycle management across multiple enterprise channels.

- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate complex Javascript frameworks, ensuring high-performance rendering and responsive design compliance.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to maintain high standards of code quality and system stability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications using AEM Sites and AEM DAM with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.

- Strong proficiency in Java and the Sling API, with a deep understanding of the JCR and OSGi framework architecture.

- Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot AEM Dispatcher for high-availability environments.

- Advanced knowledge of modern Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3, with the ability to bridge the gap between backend logic and frontend presentation.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in an on-site collaborative environment in Mohali.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
