Desktop Management/Remote Desktop Services Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Management professional with 6 to 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Services (IS) and Remote Desktop Services support. The candidate will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise desktop environments, virtual desktop infrastructure, and remote access solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments across enterprise infrastructure.

- Provide L2/L3 support for desktop, laptop, and virtual desktop issues.

- Troubleshoot remote connectivity, login, profile, printer, and application access issues.

- Monitor desktop infrastructure performance and ensure system availability.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory.

- Support Windows OS installations, upgrades, patching, and endpoint compliance activities.

- Coordinate with network, server, security, and application teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and incident records using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies and compliance standards.

- Support software deployment, endpoint management, and remote support tools.
