Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows desktop applications used by real-world customers.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and/or C++.
- Build applications using Win32, WPF, WinUI, or comparable Windows development frameworks.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable desktop solutions.
- Integrate Windows applications with REST APIs, web services, and cloud-based backends.
- Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and platform-level issues.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Ensure applications meet quality, reliability, security, and performance standards.
- Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
Required Skills :
- 8 to 10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in C# and/or C++.
- Proven track record of shipping production Windows desktop applications to end users.
- Strong knowledge of Win32, WPF, WinUI, or similar Windows application frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Windows platform architecture and desktop application development.
- Experience integrating desktop applications with web services, APIs, and cloud backends.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and software design skills.
- Understanding of application performance, memory management, and reliability considerations.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Strong experience developing enterprise-grade Windows applications.
- Comfortable working across desktop, API, and cloud integration layers.
- Experience owning features from technical design through production release.
- Strong engineering mindset with a focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
