Job Description :

Join Delta Capita's Report Hub engineering team and help drive the evolution of a market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions.

We're looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability.

You'll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad.

- Drive solution design, architecture and engineering best practices.

- Deliver new regulatory, client and platform enhancements.

- Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues.

- Champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation and CI/CD.

- Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing engineering culture.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, Architects, Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.

What We're Looking For :

- 8+ years' experience in software engineering, platform engineering or application development.

- Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.

- Strong background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and enterprise application development.

- Experience supporting both technology change and production environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

- A passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement and developing others.

Key Technologies :

- Microsoft Azure, AKS (Kubernetes), Azure SQL & SQL Server, Azure DevOps

- .NET / C#, Java / Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices

- Docker & Terraform, CosmosDB, Grafana, Dreamio DataLakehouse

Desirable :

- Experience in financial services, capital markets or regulatory reporting.

- Knowledge of EMIR, SFTR, MiFID or other regulatory reporting regimes.

- Azure, Kubernetes or DevOps certifications.
