About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DAX, Power Query, and advanced Power BI reporting techniques, along with experience in stakeholder management and working within Agile environments.

This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their BI needs, and delivering impactful, secure, and interactive reporting solutions.

What Youll Do :

To ensure clarity and readability, all key responsibilities are consolidated into a single page view :

- Power BI Development & Optimization : Develop and implement efficient DAX queries and Power Query processes. Create engaging, interactive dashboards and reports using bookmarks and slicers. Optimize report performance and ensure seamless deployment via Power BI Apps.

- Security Management : Configure and manage Row Level Security (RLS) and Object Level Security (OLS) to ensure secure data access.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve queries, and align BI solutions with business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients, especially related to M42 BI reports.

- Data Integration & Management : Utilize SQL Server and Azure for data storage and integration. Apply knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, SQL Endpoint) to maintain data consistency.

- Advanced Reporting Techniques : Implement Field Parameters, Calculation Groups, and other advanced Power BI features to enhance reporting capabilities.

- Agile Methodology : Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to continuous improvement and timely delivery of BI solutions.
