Job Title : Delphi Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Delphi Developer with 4+ years of experience in Pascal or Delphi programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procedural programming concepts and be proficient in debugging and performance optimization of legacy codebases. The role is remote and suitable for professionals who are self-driven, communicative, and passionate about clean and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications written in Delphi/Pascal.

- Refactor and modernize existing codebases following best practices.

- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform in-depth debugging and performance analysis.

- Maintain code quality through unit testing and version control.

- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and documentation.


Mandatory Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional experience in Delphi or Pascal development.

- Strong knowledge of procedural programming paradigms, type systems, and BEGIN...END structured blocks.

- Hands-on experience in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning Pascal/Delphi applications.

- Proficiency in Git, version control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.

- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with FCL (Form Calculation Language) or Intuits Tax Programming System (TPS).

- Background in TurboTax workflows or financial/tax software systems.

- Exposure to domain-specific DSLs or legacy code modernization projects.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), or containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
