Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an AI & Analytics Leader with experience in Healthcare/Insurance domain to drive advanced analytics and AI-driven business solutions.

The role involves stakeholder management, client consulting, analytics delivery, and leading cross-functional teams across Data Science, BI, Data Engineering, and MLOps. Strong expertise in AI/ML, predictive analytics, business problem solving, and end-to-end solution delivery is required.

Responsibilities :

- Minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering and BI solutions through analytics consulting

- Minimum 4+ years experience in working with and leading multidisciplinary teams

- In depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas

- Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics and data problem statement

- Experience in scoping, development, validation & deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions with a product mindset

- Knowledge of DS / ML / DE/ AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint

- Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in the context of client decision making

- Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered

- Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and / or Python

- Hands on Experience in analyzing and visualizing data using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI

- Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA from reputed institutes preferred
