Role Summary :
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer for a client to lead the technical development and integration of our core Salesforce environment.
This hands-on role requires expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and CI/CD.
You will be responsible for building scalable solutions, integrating external systems via APIs, managing CRM Analytics (CRMA), and ensuring platform stability and performance through advanced troubleshooting.
Work Location : Bangalore.
Working hours : UK hours (must be available to work in US shift / overlap with US teams).
Employment type : Contract.
Contract Duration : 1 year + contract extends as per the performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other native capabilities.
- Manage and optimize CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM) or Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Support daily development cycles, system enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gearset or similar DevOps tools.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data modeling, ingestion, and analysis.
- Manage administrative tasks including user setup, permissions, and environment management.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation.
- Hands-on experience in integrations, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of CRMA (Tableau CRM) or Tableau required.
- Proficiency with Gearset or CI/CD pipeline implementations is a must.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
- Experience with CRMA predictive dashboards or Dataflows.
- Knowledge of CRMA and Tableau API integration and automation.
