DBP - ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and integrations.

- Demonstrate expertise in the following ServiceNow modules :

1. IT Service Management (ITSM)

2. Software Asset Management (SAM)

3. Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

4. IT Asset Management (ITAM)

- Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.

- Utilize JavaScript (client-side and server-side) and other scripting languages to automate tasks and enhance ServiceNow functionality.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of ServiceNow applications.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

- Demonstrate a good understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow.

- Work effectively with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.

- Optimize ServiceNow application performance.

Key Skills :

- ServiceNow development experience.

- Expertise in ITSM, SAM, HAM, and ITAM modules.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- 5- 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong JavaScript skills.

- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

- ITIL certification is a plus.
