Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly proficient Salesforce Lightning Developer (3+ years experience) to join the existing SCAQ System development team, focusing on building and enhancing custom applications within the platform.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in custom Apex development, Lightning Web Component design, and robust API integrations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Technical Architect and UI/UX designer, contributing high-quality, production-grade code, and applying specialized knowledge of the accounting and auditing domain to ensure solutions meet specific financial and regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to Singapore.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Salesforce Deliverables :

Custom Development and Platform Engineering :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions utilizing Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL), Visualforce, and modern Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura frameworks.

- Implement and maintain complex business logic and automation using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) where appropriate, ensuring code vs. configuration best practices.

- Drive integration with external systems via API (REST/SOAP), including the development of custom external services, authentication protocols, and handling high-volume data transactions.

Domain Specialization and Compliance :

- Apply Experience in developing web applications for the accounting and auditing domain, leveraging understanding of financial workflows (e.g., audit trail, compliance logging).

- Preference for candidates with specific knowledge of Singapore standards and regulations relevant to financial auditing and reporting systems.

- Ensure all custom development adheres to Salesforce security best practices and governor limits.

Collaboration and Team Integration :

- Work collaboratively with the existing SCAQ System development team, which includes a Technical Architect, a developer, a UI/UX designer, and a business analyst.

- Participate actively in technical design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies (Scrum).

- Possess the Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to articulate technical concepts and solution proposals clearly to both technical and functional stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : At least three years of experience in Salesforce development.
