Job Description :

- Oversee the administration and configuration of LifeRay instances, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

- Manage LifeRay operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and reliability.

- Implement and maintain access control policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive

information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Lead the release management process for LifeRay applications, coordinating with development teams, stakeholders, and release managers to ensure smooth and timely deployments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LifeRay with other systems and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and improvement.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in LifeRay development, administration, and integration, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our solutions and processes.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

- Utilize expertise in database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle DB, and MySQL for data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.

- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into project development where applicable.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in LifeRay administration, configuration, and operations.

- Proven expertise in LifeRay access control, release management (ADO), and integration with

other tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SSO solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues

and implement effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders.

- Relevant certifications in LifeRay administration or development (e.g., LifeRay Certified

Professional) preferred.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
