We are looking for an experienced DB2 zDIH Infrastructure Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and IBM Z environments. The role will focus on implementing, administering, automating, and supporting IBM Z Digital Integration Hub (zDIH) components, with a strong emphasis on system reliability, performance, troubleshooting, and operational automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM Z Digital Integration Hub (zDIH) components, including Data Virtualization Manager (DVM) and Event Publisher.

- Manage zDIH infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.

- Troubleshoot zDIH connectivity, performance, availability, and stability issues.

- Monitor system health and proactively identify infrastructure and integration issues.

- Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts using Bash and Ksh for deployment, monitoring, configuration management, and operational activities.

- Develop automation scripts for log analysis, health checks, alert generation, scheduled jobs, and routine operational tasks.

- Support configuration changes, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes and resolve production issues.

- Collaborate with application, database, middleware, and infrastructure teams to resolve integration and platform issues.

- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, change management, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, middleware, or enterprise technology environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Z Digital Integration Hub (zDIH).

- Experience with Data Virtualization Manager (DVM) and Event Publisher.

- Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.

- Hands-on experience with Bash and/or Ksh scripting.

- Experience in infrastructure automation, monitoring, log analysis, and health-check automation.

- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

- Good understanding of enterprise integration environments and production support.

- Experience working with DB2 / IBM Z environments is preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
