Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Lead Conversational Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent chatbot solutions.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, conversational AI knowledge, and leadership skills to deliver engaging, scalable, and effective conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of conversational experiences for chatbots using platforms such as Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, or similar.
- Define conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogue strategies to ensure natural and effective interactions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of conversational developers and designers.
- Ensure best practices for NLP, conversation design, testing, and continuous optimization.
- Analyze conversation analytics and user behavior to continuously improve chatbot performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to align conversational solutions with business goals.
- Stay up to date with advancements in conversational AI, NLP, and NLU technologies.
Required skills :
- 5+ years of experience in conversational AI development, with experience in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, and dialogue management concepts.
- Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms such as Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex, multi-turn conversational experiences.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Good to have :
- Experience working with enterprise-scale chatbot deployments.
- Familiarity with LLM-based conversational solutions.
- Background in UX writing or conversation design frameworks.
